The answer is the Fast Fastener Adaptor.  Easy to assemble, just disassemble the nut-bolt mechanism in your standard Aclam fastener and insert the adaptor in its place, making sure you screw it to the bottom nut, and you're done.

WILL STANDARD FASTENERS DISAPPEAR?
The Fast Fastener upgrade is an optional extra for Aclam’s Smart Track® pedalboard users who consider the new features of the Fast Fastener to be convenient for the most frequently changed effects pedals of their pedalboard. For permanent setups, the standard fasteners will still be the way to go in terms of price and functionality.
 
Fast Fasteners and standard fasteners are the same size and provide the same reliable grip to keep your pedals securely fastened.
